Handcrafted Products
Our products are meticulously crafted using handloom textiles. As a result, each piece may have slight variations or imperfections that are intrinsic to the handmade process. These unique characteristics are not considered defects but part of the artistry of our products.
Exchange & Return Policy
That said, should you need to return an item only due to size issues, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly reach out to us at care@houseofnihaar.com to initiate the process.
Conditions for Returns:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and with all tags intact.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a quality check.
- If the item meets our return criteria, we will:
- Provide approval for the return.
- Issue a credit note for future purchases, valid for 6 months.
Return Shipping
- The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
